Registration Cancellation/Transfer Policy

Cancellations/Substitutions/Changes To cancel or substitute your registration, you must notify the Bronto Summit 2017 team in writing to Cancellation requests made prior to March 31, 2017 will result in a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. (except non-refundable Group Purchases). Cancellation requests received on or after April 1, 2017, are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE (excluding the non-refundable group registration passes). Substitution requests made prior to April 1, 2017 will be completed free of charge. No substitutions will be allowed after April 1, 2017. All no shows will be charged the full conference fee.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: 

Hotel Cancellations must be made five (5) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to one night room and tax. Should you cancel your hotel reservation after March 22, 2017 but prior to the five (5) day cancellation policy, the one night room and tax deposit will be refunded in full to the credit card charged. Cancellation or change of travel reservations is the sole responsibility of the attendee. If you no show on your scheduled hotel arrival date, the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
